Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure the highest quality, all of our food is freshly prepared to order. As we have a small kitchen, during busy periods food may take up to 2 hours to be served. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

For bookings of 8 or more guests, a £100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. A pre-order must also be sent to our email at least 3 days prior to your booking.

If your booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the £100 deposit is non-refundable. If your party proceeds as booked, the £100 deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

We are proud of our team and are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for both our staff and guests. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour. Any form of abuse directed at our staff will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave the premises.
